In many cases you and your customer have the option to handle a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. This is great for stores that do not offer any return or simply do not want used toys brought back in. The links provided in below are all intended for your customers to use. Blush products are designed with durability, safety and reliability in mind. However, sometimes things can go wrong. If this happens we are here to make things right.
The Blush Novelties limited product warranty covers your product from electronic defects. Qualified products are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original product purchased with the same value. Currently, our warranty is only valid in the USA and Canada.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN MY PRODUCT STOPS WORKING?
Check the battery polarity. Most times, if the polarity is reversed, the product will either not work or will vibrate very weakly and will only vibrate with 1 speed. Alkaline batteries are highly recommended for maximum performance. Be sure contacts are not wet and/or corroded or loose. Be sure battery cap is closed tightly.
WHAT’S THAT LITTLE PLASTIC SLEEVE INSIDE MY TOY?
Products come with a clear plastic sheet inside the battery compartment called an insulating sleeve. DO NOT REMOVE! Removing this insulating sleeve short circuits your product and voids warranty.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY CLAIM?
Estimated time frame for your item to move through our replacement process is 3 weeks. It may take longer depending on your claim.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Damage caused by:
• battery corrosion
• improper use
• attempting to modify or repair product
• submerging products that are not waterproof into water
• lost or stolen products
• act of God
• melting – allowing products made of TPE, TPR and PVC to touch will cause melting of the material

Evolved products have a limited five year manufacturers warranty.
In order to receive a replacement for the product, please fill out the warranty form using the link below and click submit.
Once you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation upon receipt and review. Further instructions will follow in the confirmation. Your product will be replaced with the same item or similar. When we receive the item, should the product be out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you to let you know what your options are for a replacement. If you have any questions prior to processing this warranty please submit your inquiry through the contact page. Please be advised that if you misplaced your packaging or receipt, you will still be able to receive a replacement upon returning your defective product. You may send the product without packaging in order to save on shipping costs.
Impulse Toys have a 1 year warranty. Their site is currently under construction. Once it is available, a link will be added for you here.

Your Nasstoys product has a 30 day warranty from the “date of purchase” against any mechanical failure.
To request a replacement under the terms stated above, please complete the following steps:
- No credit or refund will be given. We will supply a replacement.
- Clean and return your Nasstoys product in its original packaging with the “original receipt”.
- Please include a note stating your complete mailing address in order for us to send you your replacement item.
- Include $10.00 in US money order to cover shipping and handling.

Voodoo offers a 12 month warranty from the date of the retail sale.
Any defective Voodoo can also be exchanged in store with proof of purchase. Please send us the receipt and product information so we can include a replacement for your shelf with your next order to: firstname.lastname@example.org

All Satisfyer products come with a 15 year warranty.
A defective Satisfyer toy can be exchanged in store with proof of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of their receipt and the defect in the toy. We can send a replacement for your store with your next order.
